the amp needed will depend on YOUR subs impedance (ohms) and how you have them wired

the lower the final impedance at the amp the lower the sound quality but the easier/cheaper it is to power (i don't like to go below 2ohms at the amp because most CEA-compliant brands don't have amps that are stable below 2ohms so they will run hot and sound distorted) but there are some 1ohm stable CEA-compliant amps you will have to look and pay close attention to the specs

the amp needed will have about 800watts RMS at your desired final impedance and also be CEA-compliant

1200wrms @ 1 ohm @ 14.4v stable.

your kickers are 800wrms (together), this should make them pound, those subs have good cooling systems and can be overpowered.
