kicker comp from best buy… 2 12" subs already in a box for 300. i had them and they shook the back panel of my car off and it got hit by like 3 cars haha. and that was on a 300 watt amp for 150

ill sell you mine i have 2 13" jl audio w1s with a 250w jl audio slasher series for 350, hit me up foundation23brown@gmail.com

but if not jl audio has more cleaner and deeper bass levels that would be the first choice and rockforst fosgate are probly the second best

jl audio get w series sub and the slasher series amp are a bit pricy but have good deep/clean sound and you should be able to stay in your range
