I need to know what kinda of amp(s) to get to power 2 18" Kicker solo X subwoofers. I'm pretty sure it's gonna have to be more then 1 amp. Because they are rated 10,000 peak watts and 5,000 RMS watts. I'm going to buy 3 more batteries tomorrow and another alternator to keep the batteries charged, lol. I'm thinking about going with that new warhorse amp that kicker just came out with. But I don't know if that would be the best amp to buy or not. I need some help what amp to buy to power these subs!!!

Basically, the Kicker Warhorse is what matches but its $10,000…

I'd stay away from Hiphonics like Mr Marco said. He doesn't even know what hes talking about. With a 10K watt Hiphonics, you may get 8K watts because its crap and NOT cea compliant.

I don't see how you could buy these subs without knowing what amp to buy, It seems like B.S. to me, but if you wanted to power these subs on a Budget, get the HIGHEST HIFONICS model which is 10,000 RMS for a fraction of the $10,000 that Kicker wants.
