This all depends on the ohms of the subwoofers, but you will not get away with paying less than 200 for a amp, you technically want a Class D mono block as these are perfect amps for subwoofers.

You can check different online stores to see different prices of amps, but most good amps that are rated 1000 watts+ will not be cheap in a retailer store, they are usually about 600-1000 dollars, whereas you can find them online for about $279.99 and up.

That completly depends on the ohms of the subs. What are they? 2, 4, or 8?

Either way, on a budget under $200 it is hard to find a true 1000w rms amp. But you can find a nice Hifonics one!

Get a mono-block (1 channel) amp.

And if you have 2 x 2 ohm subs. Find an amp thats 1 ohm stable, its max power is at 1 ohm.

If you have 2 x 4 ohm subs. Get an amp thats max power is at 2 ohms.

And with 8 ohm subs, you want an amp with max power at 4 ohms.
I really havent seen amps that are 4-ohm minimun stable. So you are more likely going to have to get a more powerful amp. You would want your amp to be 1000w rms @ 4 ohms. Because you will be running 4 ohms

ok well lets ignore all the rest and deal with the best. 2 kicker comp vr 10" subs have a combined rms of 800 watts, if you are looking at the peak power please ignore that as well as it means nothing. your subs are either a dual 4 ohm or dual 2 ohm voice coil, if you can wire them to 2 ohm then go with the kicker zx750.1 that will give you 750 rms into a 2 ohm load, but as far as paying less then 200 for a class d amp i dont think you should trust those amps as they will not be as efficient as a good quality amp, you can try hifonics amps they are very good quality for the price but i doubt you will find one
