I don't know the dimensions of the truck so I couldn't tell you if 3 15's will fit but I do want to say the I would advise against using 3 subs and just stick with 2 15's as you will loose some power from your amp buy running at 1.33 or 2.66 ohms which ever amp you use and that would offset the third sub from making it louder imo. Just stick with 2 big *** woofers and drive some serious power into them.

Why would you want to do that to yourself? Do you realize what kind of pressure those two 15's will make in a little truck cab with open air. You'll be deaf in a year, but whatever. You could stack them up and probably fit 6 of them if you really wanted to…
10s are more than enough to make heavy hits that'll wake the neighbors. It's all about the box design.

Before you buy an amp to feed those beasts, look into the amperage output of your truck's alternator
and consider that your truck might need up to 30 amps of that when running head lights at night.
Then consider what amps are left over after than and multiply that number by 12 to get available watts.
Maxing out your alternator, or exceeding it's potential, can lead to burning it out very quickly, So you would have to consider replacing it with a High Output model, which also means upgrading the charging wire and the Battery negative to Chassis and Engine wires.
So think it over well before investing your money, and vehicle, and hearing.
