I just bought 2x Kicker 07CVR122 and the subwoofers I currently have now use speaker wire to hook up to my Autotek super sport 1000watt amp. My amp doesnt have rca inputs for my new subwoofers to hook up to them. First off, why wouldnt my amp have rca inputs and second are there adapters for this?

Those are not RCA plugs. They are a screw that looks like RCA plugs. when you unscrew them they will raise and expose a hole through the terminal that you put the wire in and then screw it back down to tighten the wire. These are a lot better than a push on connection because they put up with a lot more vibration. Hope I have been helpful.

1) Cost may be why there are no mini (RCA) plugs
2) One can simply cut the RCA plug off one end of the cable and attach the resulting bare wires to the amp.
