It will work. The amp just won't give them enough power to perform optimally. Enough to sound decent and be fairly loud.
The 9104 produces 650-700w rms at 2 ohms so each sub will get around 350w.
A 4 gauge amp kit will be sufficient and allow for a power upgrade of about 2x if you ever decide to make a change.

It will, I got 2 kicker 07 cvr 12, I had it on a 1500 watt d class amp, switched amps n put in a kenwood 7204, n it was hitting hard. Make sure u dont have everthing turnt up or ur amp is goin to keep overheatin, i had that problem
