If you are talking about speaker wire then 12ga. would be plenty big enough.
That's what i have mine hooked up with.

we need to know the amp sizes not the speaker size, 4 gauge (AWG standard) should be alright for like 100 amps but find out your amp efficiencies and their power (e.g. Class D subs have efficencies up to 80% whereas AB can be low as 40% ).
