Your radio, amp, wires, and power supply all play a factor in how loud it would be, but i would go with the 15" L7's (If you really love a good bang). They're reliable and you really dont hear about problems with them. You definitely will need some more highs or tweeters in your cabin thought because as you already said, they will get loud. A couple tweeters should do it and use zero guage wires for the amp for proper power and bang!!
