I have 2 kicker comp vrs in a sealed box when i have both connected they sound weak and when i have 1 of them they are louder than when i have both .I have a 1600watt amp i brought another 1600 watt amp and it still sounds bad why help

Try reversing the wires going to just one of the speakers. If the speakers are phased incorrectly, this will cause cancellation.

Are you wiring your subs together or separate and what is the amp compatible with? Since you have a 1600w amp, I would assume you wire your subs to 2 ohms and bridge them to one amp, unless if you bought another one, then wire each sub to its own amp, but make sure to bridge them both if they aren't mono block amps. If this is all what you have now, check the gains, crossovers, and the settings on your head unit. Make sure that no speakers are faded to front or back, left or right.
