  11. @esmith1994 The kicker 850.2 is an amazing amp and will make those 12″ cvr’s slam. I actually ran that exact set up, before that i even ran the 850.2 with two 12″ solo baric L7′s and pushed them great as well. Hard to find am tho and pretty expensive, but if u find one and got the cash pick it up you wont regret it.

  13. I got Two CVR 12′s in My jeep wrangler with my back seat still in. They are on a 4000 watt amp which makes them bump but is too powerful for them. I keep the amp power turned down. Is the 850.2 amp any good?

dude, if you do exactly what he said your subs will slam. also you wont have any battery problems(dimming lights, dying battery, low voltage, etc.) look into its called “the big 3 upgrade”

  32. coreycoonhunter on May 11th, 2011
  33. @coreycoonhunter no there not just made for 1 sub…who ever taught you wat u kno needs to relearn

  34. paulwade101 on May 11th, 2011
  35. @paulwade101 because a monoblock amp is made for one sub. trust me i work at a car audio store.

  36. coreycoonhunter on May 11th, 2011
  37. @coreycoonhunter it doesent matter if ther JUST TENS…i kno of alot of tens that hit just as hard as as sum 15s… not as deep as the 15 but still slam as hard…why wouldent a monoblock push two real good? thats what what that amp is made for… as far as the fosgate 500watt it would work too they r underated alot…

  38. paulwade101 on May 11th, 2011
  39. @paulwade101 well there just tens. and if thats a monoblock amp. it wont push two real good. but i would go with fosgate 500 watt.

  40. coreycoonhunter on May 11th, 2011
  41. @coreycoonhunter no he doesent its plenty the 10 are rated at 400 rms this am does 930 rms so its just right…. there prolly is a wireing issu maybe with the subs?

  42. paulwade101 on May 11th, 2011
  43. nice how you played casting crowns “slow fade” in there. :) good song. sweet setup. I’ve just bought 3 10″ kickers. i’ll be putting in with my stock 800w Bose system in my 2005 Z71 suburban

The stock wire for any charging system is very small. Upgrading to a larger wire(you can use 4ga, but best to go straight to 1/0 ga)
It will allow your alternator to provide its current faster as it cannot flow fast enough through the factory 6/8/10 gauge wire
