Go with power acoustik amps. From my run in with a large amount of different amps. its the best ive seen for the money. The amps last, their power is exceptional. and best of all they are cheap. you can get a 5500 watt max with 3200 watts rms at 1 ohm for around $250 on ebay and thats the biggest amp they make!!

I would say an Audioque 1200. They are very affordable and do rated power. It would push a couple of L5's nicely and would be A LOT easier on your electrical system than 1500 or 2000 watts.
